Each and every day you do things in a certain way at a certain time. You wake at certain time each day and have a morning routine. Head to work the same way. (Have you had the experience of arriving at work and going; I do not remember driving here. Auto pilot in action.) You have routines at work to do. Then it is time to come home you just drive home. spend time with family have your evening meal at a set time and then watch the same shows on TV then go to bed at a set time. Next day we do it all again and on Auto Pilot.
What you repeatedly do day in day out shape who you are today. Habits are formed through repetition of the same thing over and over till they become set.
